판교 오피스 프로젝트
대부분의 오피스는 폐쇄적이고 무거운 형태의 매스감을 갖는다. 이러한 방식은 경제적인 부분에서 효율적일 수는 있지만, 보행자들에게는 매력적인 경험을 제공하지 못한다. 이 프로젝트는 이러한 문제점에서 출발했다. 거대한 매스를 여러 개의 소규모 매스 조각(Piece)들로 나누고, 그 사이 공간을 활용하여 모든 층을 연결하는 수직 동선을 계획했다. 수직 소통을 활성화하고, 각 층마다 다양한 박스 공간을 배치하여 사용자들도 풍부한 공간 경험을 할 수 있다. 또한, 건물의 무거운 매스감을 줄임으로써, 외부 보행자들이 오피스 내부에서 무슨 일이 일어나는 지 볼 수 있도록 하고, 결론적으로 건물을 보다 개방적이고 매력적으로 만들고자 노력했다.
Office in Pangyo
Most office buildings are designed as closed masses. While this can be efficient, it often fails to provide an engaging experience for users or pedestrians. This project began with this issue in mind. By partializing the large mass into multiple human-scale boxes and utilizing the spaces in between, we planned various vertical circulation routes connecting all floors. This design enhances vertical communication and ensures that each floor has a different layout and unique box spaces, creating richer and more diverse experiences. Additionally, the reduced mass of the building allows pedestrians outside to see what is happening inside the office, making it more open and inviting.
Concept
분할
오피스의 매스를 작은 조각들로 나누었다. 그리고 그 나누어진 조각들 사이로 수직 동선을 두어 사용자들이 다양한 공간을 경험할 수 있도록 설계하였다.
Partialize
The mass of the office was divided into smaller pieces, and vertical circulation was placed between these divided pieces to allow users to experience a variety of spaces.
Site
사이트는 판교역 인근이다. 북쪽으로 하천과 공원이 있어, 이 전망을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 계획했다. 또한 인근 보행자들의 주요 동선들을 고려하여 입구를 배치하였다.
The site is located near Pangyo Station, with a river and park to the north. The design was planned to maximize the use of this view. Additionally, the entrances were positioned considering the main pedestrian pathways in the vicinity.
Program
저층부에는 갤러리와 전시를 활용한 프로그램을 배치했다. 그리고 주 용도가 오피스인 중층부부터 고층부까지는 기본적인 오피스 공간을 제공했다. 그리고 박스들은 이러한 오피스 사무 공간을 서포트 할 수 있는 프라이빗한 공간들로 프로그램을 구성했다.
The lower floors were programmed with galleries and exhibition spaces. From the mid to upper floors, where the primary function is office use, basic office spaces were provided. And the boxes were designed as private spaces to support these office work areas.
